How to activate eSIM on my iPhone?

Only available for iPhone XR, XS, XS Max, 11, 11 Pro, 11 Pro Max

Step 1:  Go to Settings > Cellular / Mobile Data > Add Data Plan

Step 2: Scan QR code and Add Data Plan

Step 3:  Label your new data plan. By default, iPhone will label the eSIM plan as ‘Secondary‘

Step 4:  Select the default line to make calls

Step 5:  Select which data plan to activate.

Note:  If you are already overseas, select our eSIM. If you haven’t traveled, choose your local data plan. You can change data plan in Settings later.

Step 6:  Settings > Mobile Data and Turn On Data Roaming

Can I add eSIM to my phone before the trip?

Yes you can add our eSIM to your phone before your trip. The data plan can only be activated when in the covered countries.

Can multiple eSIMs be stored on one phone?

Yes you can add multiple eSIMs in your phone. However only one eSIM can be used at any point in time.

Can the same eSIM be loaded into another phone?

One eSIM may be downloaded to a single device only. Should an eSIM profile be removed from one device, it will not be possible to download the same eSIM to any other device.

When does the eSIM expires?

Kindly check with us if you are unsure of your eSIM expiry date. usually expiry is at least 3 months from your date of purchase.
