SIM Activation

1. Insert SIM into a phone in covered countries
2. Turn on data roaming

*If data is not working, kindly follow the below step by step

Android

1. Go to phone settings and search for ‘APN’ or ‘Access Point Names’
2. Add new APN
3. Set Name and APN to ‘cmhk’ and save the settings
4. Go back and select cmhk
5. Turn off data roaming, wait 10seconds and turn on data roaming

iPhones

1.  Go to Settings and scroll up to reveal Search function
2. Search for ‘Mobile Data Network’
3. Open Mobile Data Network and input ‘cmhk’ into APN field
4. Turn off data roaming, wait 10 seconds and turn on data roaming
